Mr. Cahill is a real estate investment and development professional with over ten years of experience in acquisitions, asset management and investment management. Mr. Cahill has been involved in the execution and management of over $550 million in transactions, representing over 2.5 million square feet across asset classes nationwide. 

Most recently, he was involved in the acquisition and development of new opportunities across the U.S. on behalf of a boutique real estate investment and development firm. Previously, Mr. Cahill worked for an international real estate investment, development, and asset management firm where he was responsible for underwriting large scale development opportunities across major markets and asset classes nationwide. Before that, he worked for an institutionally backed value-add private equity fund, supporting the acquisition and asset management team in the underwriting and asset management of multifamily, retail and office deals nationwide. 

Mr. Cahill began his career at a NY based developer, and was actively involved in the acquisition, planning and construction management of ground-up development and value-add projects in the Greater New York City Area.

Mr. Cahill received his M.S. in Real Estate, Finance; Investment from New York University and a B.B.A. in Finance from James Madison University.
